Organizational Strategies/thematic areas of Aabhar Mahila Samiti

	Regular meetings/discussion, public conference at the village level.
	By doing survey and home visits- know the problems of the people and reach up to the roots.
	To act as a demand creator for the group to maximize resources both internally and externally generated.
	To make efforts to increase participation of villagers and women in the meetings of Gram Panchayat/ Gram Sabha.
	By making the union of women/adolescent girls/youth/old age people and adults at village level and try to raise awareness in them.
	By making the groups at village level, try to do creative and productive work.
	To make such efforts so that eligible person may get the benefit of government/non-government schemes.
	To arrange choupal meetings at village level to give the information regarding rural development scheme and to work in the direction so that rural development can take place.
	To identify BPL/ Antyodaya beneficiaries and make efforts to get reached the benefits of the schemes up to them.
	By doing IEC activities- Nukkad Natak, Kala Jattha, poster, video shows, exhibition, road show- to reach up to the people.
	To do the discussion with government/non-government officials, time to time regarding various development schemes and make efforts to let it reach to the eligible people.
